- Pre-warm your cups and Cafetière with boiling water
- Empty water and add your Lavazza to the Cafetière (1 rounded dessert spoon per person/cup).
- Fill with hot water to an inch from the top, stir, replace plunger and allow to brew.
Remember, never use boiling water as this scalds the coffee and produces a bitter taste.
