1. Pre-warm your cups and Cafetière with boiling water

  2. Empty water and add your Lavazza to the Cafetière (1 rounded dessert spoon per person/cup).

  3. Fill with hot water to an inch from the top, stir, replace plunger and allow to brew.
    Remember, never use boiling water as this scalds the coffee and produces a bitter taste.

  4. Once coffee grinds begin to settle (approx 3 mins), push down slowly and serve immediately.
This method is ideal for Americanos and a simple white coffee
